Bernard & Jill Vanier have been producing first class hot and cold desserts for over 33 years at the patisserie which is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of rural Devon near to the jurassic coastline. We make a range of desserts using nothing but the best ingredients we can find and wherever possible we use fresh fruit, all of which are individually chosen from approved suppliers by our Managing Director Bernard Vanier. Our "ice-cream" desserts are a true parfait which has a much better texture than simple ice-cream.
The ethos of the company has always been to produce high quality products that are innovative, stand out from the rest, give value for money and to ensure that the end user truly enjoys the dessert and comes back for more, which in turn results in ensuring repeat business all the way down the supply chain.
Our small number of staff are highly skilled in what they do and take a great deal of pride in the products they produce, they've even been known to eat the odd 1 or 2....or 3 or 4!!
Many of our products are Gluten Free, which is a great concern for many businesses these days as they need to be seen to be catering for everyone since food allergies are becoming much more prevalent.

All of our product specifications are published on Erudus for your convenience and our MOQ is just 135 boxes (1 full pallet) of product. We don't charge for carriage except in the most exeptional circumstances and we are able to provide you with samples for larger clients and menu cards that we produce free of charge for your customers (up to 10 cards per establishment).
